Why do you need social media manager? What social media would you like to focus on? I will also ask you such questions.

An introduction call is necessary to find out together what your goals are and which social media to focus on. We will also discuss the issue of budget and how many posts per week you would like to publish. Whether you would like to create only posts and stories, or also Reels. We will discuss if you have any materials that could be used or products that we could photograph and I will focus on personalized requests and possible pitfalls that you are currently dealing with.

I focus mainly on managing Facebook and Instagram accounts and planning content for the month ahead.

If we agree on everything and both parties are satisfied, I will create an email order for you. I don’t make any contract yet, but this step is already binding for us to start. I will first wait for confirmation and then we can start working on the commission.

By default, I create an order at the beginning for 1 month (as a trial period) and then we extend it by 3-6 months according to the agreement.

Even before I start creating the follower analysis plan, I will need materials from you – it depends on the agreement.

Among the clients, I already had some for whom I created complete content with images (graphics); also those who sent me their products and I created photos and videos of these products as content; or the clients themselves sent me photographic materials for content creation. Whether you create them yourself or a photographer creates them for you, I must first receive them and evaluate whether they will be suitable for social media.

Also, before the analysis, I need some document with information about the company, which can mostly be found on the website in the “About us” section, if it is well written.

Even before I start creating the follower analysis plan, I will need materials from you – it depends on the agreement.

Creating

I always start with an Analysis of followers in each collaboration – it is a document that analyzes people I will target the content at, their preferences, their interests. I will also include content pillars in the document – the foundations on which the content on your social media will stand.

As the last point in the analysis, I also add the preliminary content plan in the table. It does not yet have complete descriptions or graphics, but it will outline the topics of specific posts and this way the client can better orient himself. After sending the analysis, I always wait for the client’s approval, or make the requested adjustments.

Once everything is approved, I create a detailed content plan for the next month, which I send for review by the 25th day of the month, and then the client either edits or approves it. No more major changes are made to this document (such as completely changing the topic of the post). I usually make detailed plans from the middle of the month to the end, and if everything goes well, I plan the approved content directly on social media.
